500 mm Z-Axis Coarse Drive
In addition to a 500 mm coarse drive, the C-VIEW 500 has additional 25 mm fine drives in the X/Y and Z axes, which enables extremely precise and accurate movements.
High-End Optic
USB 3.0 camera capable of capturing images at 1920 x1080 resolution and up to 90 fps, providing clear and accurate visuals for automated measurements and inspections.
High-Precision HSK Spindle
The C-VIEW 500 has an optional high-end HSK spindle, from HSK 15-63, which accurately simulates the exact conditions in the machine and ensures usable measurements.
Top and Bottom LED Lighting
To ensure optimal lighting conditions for inspections, top segmentable LED and bottom telecentric LED lighting provide flexibility and control over the illumination.
480 x 400 mm Workarea
